Mall Multiplaza Pacific
Desarrollo Bahía is part of the investment group that developed Multiplaza Pacific, a Shopping Mall, Entertainment and Hotel complex, designed to promote Panama as the shopping destination of the Americas. In its First Phase, the project has a gross leasable area of 592,000 sq. ft. (55,000 m2); the Grand Opening took place December 2004. The project was developed in conjunction with a group of local investors and Grupo Roble of El Salvador. The project, one of the most significant real estate projects in Panama, is located on 37 acres (15 hectares) in Punta Pacifica. The cost of the First Phase of the project was 100 Million US Dollars.
Name brand stores, an eight–screen motion picture theater of the Cinépolis chain, first class restaurants and the Marriott Courtyard Hotel make this project unique in Panama.
